Jillian Noel Hennessy

Jillian Noel Hennessy, born November 25 in 1968 is a Canadian actor from Canada. She is best known for her roles in the role of Claire Kincaid, a US prosecutor, on Law & Order for three seasons. Crossing Jordan was six seasons. Jordan Cavanaugh, the main character in Crossing Jordan, lasted six seasons. She was also a part of films like RoboCop 3 & Most Wanted and independent films Chutney Popcorn & The Acting Class. The latter was also directed and written by her. Hennessy was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. John Hennessy, John's father, was a marketing and meat sales and marketing executive. The job required significant travel and meant that the family moved frequently. Maxine was her mother. She was a secretary. She was not selected for the role of Dana Scully on The X-Files according to Gillian Anderson, the actress who eventually got the role.She appeared in Broadway in the musical Buddy The Buddy Holly Story in 1990.
